Dono da 2ª maior Exchange de Bitcoin e Criptomoedas é preso na China

O Fundador das bolsas de criptotomoedas chinesas ,OKcoin e OkEx, o chinês Star Xu, foi preso no último dia 10 pela polícia de Xangai. De acordo com Sina, site local, o empresário é suspeito de fraude cambial.

Xu é investigado após investidores apontarem ser o responsável por um esquema fraudulento em relação à moeda digital WFEEA. Segundo o Sina, ele é o acionista da organização e que emitiu tokens nativos que foram negociados através de seu site.

De acordo com a polícia de Xangai, várias objeções a respeito desta operação chegaram a ter conhecimento e que na maioria das reclamações foram relatadas como um sistema fraudulento.

Segundo informações relatadas pelo site, o empresário foi conduzido pelos policiais para responder sobre tais denúncias, e que sua liberação seria após 24 horas caso os responsáveis não mostrassem evidencias suficiente para instaurar um inquérito.
